Eco Restaurant
Imagery shot specifically for restaurant interior display and then used for digital media to promote the unique quality, character and flavour of Eco's sourdough 'Cafone', produced on-site in the bespoke wood-fired oven. A process traditionally thought to have originated in southern Italy a millennia or so ago but now reclaimed by the owner Sami Wasif as the work of his Egyptian forebears.
